All orders are shipped via Australia Post from our warehouse in Newcastle, NSW.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund for a change of mind.

If you receive your product and it is damaged, please kindly contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will happily return your product for a replacement, store credit or full refund.
